SUMMARY Under general supervision of Central Transport Manager transports patients and patient related materials throughout the hospital campus. Works primarily in outpatient clinical areas such as the Fain Health Center (FHC). All essential functions performed in this position reflect the age specific needs of the patients. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Requires the ability to

1. Operates light trucks, vans and other vehicles to transport supplies. May drive large 26 ft, 26,001 lb capacity box truck. 2. Operates pallet mover. 3. Loads and unloads supplies, secures in truck; transports safely. 4. Delivers supplies to main campus loading docks, and to offsite departmental customers as needed. 5. Completes accurately all delivery records required.
