The Residential Referral Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for anyone interested in accessing McLean Hospital programs and services. As such, the Residential Referral Coordinator must create a warm, professional lasting first impression of McLean Hospital.
The Residential Referral Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to assist anyone wanting access to McLean Hospital programs/services, yet unsure of the “best fit”. Inquiries may come from professionals, potential patients, family members, or other third parties. The navigator gathers information on the potential patient’s needs, recommends the most appropriate potential program(s) and directs parties to the correct McLean Hospital entry point(s) the first time.
