This Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner will be dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive care to Pulmonary patients including Transplant patients. This care may be provided in the outpatient or inpatient setting.

This APRN will be responsible for:


Conduct visits in ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease)/ Advance Lung Center Clinic.
Treat patients with BPD (Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD).
Care for pre and post lung transplant patients both inpatient and outpatient. Manage all referrals coming into the program for lung transplant evaluation. Have frequent contact and discussions with outside clinicians.
Participate in lung transplant rounds in the ICU and Complex Surgery unit.
Participate in Chronic Vent Rounds in the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Brigham and Women's Hospital NICUs.
Participate in Lung Transplant family meetings and QI meetings.
Conduct phone triage.
Conduct car seat testing.
Manage all transplant regulatory needs and participate in surveys

To qualify, you must have:

  • MA APRN license
  • Background or strong interest in Pulmonary and Transplant.
  • At least one year RN experience, prefer NP experience.
  • Ability to work 5 days per week (8 hour shifts); no weekends or holidays
