The Clinical Nutrition team at Boston Children's Hospital is seeking passionate Registered Dietitians for their available Clinical Nutrition Specialist opportunities! Current openings include both per-diem, part-time and full-time schedules, based within our Inpatient Units & Outpatient settings.

40 hour positions are eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus!

*Position schedules vary between 24-40 hours per week*

Current openings including inpatient positions for Medicine/ surgery, and outpatient positions for a variety of specialty clinics including Spina Bifida.

The Pediatric Registered Dietitian will be responsible for:

  • Providing nutritional care to patients within specific inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Evaluating the medical, biochemical, and nutritional information and assessing patient needs in order to develop and implement the most appropriate nutrition care plans.
  • Assisting in the supervision of the daily work of the dietetic technician.

To qualify, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nutrition.
  • Three plus years of progressive experience in Dietetics with at least 2 years in pediatric nutrition, preferred.
  • Registration by Commission on Dietetic Registration, the Credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as a Registered Dietitian
  • Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a licensed Dietitian.
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of scientific, mathematical, or technical principles and indepth, experiencedbased knowledge.
  • Good communication skills to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions and welldeveloped writing skills
  • Spanish language skills a plus
