This Registered Nurse in the Urodynamics Program will be responsible for:
  • Performing and assisting with both invasive and non-invasive ambulatory procedures, diagnostic testing and therapeutic treatments of urological issues.
  • Providing supportive diagnostic evaluation and patient education in the management of various urological issues including dysfunctional voiding, incontinence and neurogenic bladder.
  • Providing care and working with nursing and the Urology physician team in the pediatric Urology and Urodynamic procedural area in Boston with potential rotation to the satellite sites.
  • Participate in phone triage providing patient education and chart review and intake health history.
  • Working collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team, which includes CAs, RNs, NPs, PAs, Physicians and administrative support staff).

To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of RN experience. (3-5 years preferred).
  • Pediatric Urology experience preferred.
  • Ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, communication and organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously (as part of the larger team) and possess strong decision making skills.
