Shift Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:45 am - 3:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 pm - 7:00 am

Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hr, with an increase to $23/hr upon conversion

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for applying a layer of solvent-based adhesive to a moving web using a reverse roll coating head. Your duties include:

• Observing and adjusting machine settings for even application of adhesive.
• Monitoring the coating process for flaws and making immediate corrections.
• Handling material using hoists, industrial-powered trucks, and barrel trucks.
• Weighing and combining liquid or powdered components for adhesive formulations.
• Working safely with flammable solvents.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
• Collaborating closely with the Lead Laminating operator for efficient machine performance and changeovers.

Shift Summary:

• 3rd Shift is unsupervised, with required overtime.
• During busy seasons, may work every other Saturday or more.
• Regular shifts run from Sunday night to Friday morning, with occasional 12-hour shifts.
