Job Description
The Manager, Data Governance & Analytics assists in leading a data-driven approach to support key strategic initiatives that ensure the launch and commercial success of Sarepta's current platform and pipeline products. This position partners with several Customer teams to ensure effective and impactful leverage of analytics initiatives. This role partners with Field Analytics, Operations, Insights, and Forecasting to coordinate business insights generation and communication.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain data catalog of all tables in the commercial data warehouse to support Marketing/Field Ops/Brand teams/etc workflows
  • Research and advise on the addition of supplemental datasets to develop richer analyses
  • Responsible for data management business rules documentation and coordinating the appropriate use of dataset to vendors/internal business partners
  • Daily operations lead, responsible for the maintenance of commercial master data management of HCPs, HCOs and Affiliations, data sources and stewardship.
  • Represent commercial ops interest when working with Enterprise data management team/legal/commercial IT/compliance
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Sarepta's Commercial data, as well as data management business rules

Desired Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years' total work experience in analytics; exposure to rare disease is a plus.
  • Strong in SQL and Tableau.
  • Experience with patient-level claims, diagnostic, Veeva, SHYFT, Alation, and SDOH datasets a plus.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
  • Prior experience implementing data governance-related projects
  • Creative thinker who can work autonomously to solve problems and synthesize findings for leadership

This position is remote. However, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
