We are currently hiring a Brewery Ambassador in Boston, MA.

Brewery Ambassadors conduct tours for public and VIP events and support the gift shop and customers.

What You'll Brew:

  • Conducting brewery tours on a regular basis -- public, private, paid programming and VIP group
  • Managing sales, assisting customers, and restocking the gift shop
  • Greeting guests to the Brewery Tour Center
  • Assisting with all tours (pouring beer, keeping tasting areas organized, answering questions)
  • Maintaining all aspects of organization in the Brewery Tour Center (rooms, gift shop, storage area, etc)
  • Assisting in the updating and creation of brewery history displays
  • Inventory processing for the retail shop
  • Maintaining and assisting in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the retail shop and Brewery Tour Center
  • Assisting in local marketing projects and events
  • Driving sales for specialty programs and events at the greeting desk
  • Shipping, receiving, and other organizational tasks

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service industry
  • Excellent, clear language and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an organized, communicative, and detail-oriented manner
  • Ability to interact well with others and conduct a fun, interactive, educational, and successful promotion involving alcohol
  • Approximately 25 hours per week; Friday and Saturday work availability

Level: 10

In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe pay rate for this role if hired is $17 per hour.
