Job Description
Sarepta Therapeutics is looking for an energetic and resourceful HR Informations Systems Technical Analyst. As an HRIS IT Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), with a specific focus on Workday. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring smooth system operations, data integrity, and effective integration with other software and modules. You'll collaborate closely with HR partners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to enhance and maintain our HRIS platform.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Workday System Configuration and Maintenance:

  • Configure and maintain the Workday system, including modules such as Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling.
  • Collaborate with HR Tech teams to deliver and test system integrations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on Workday functionality.

Integration Management:

  • Maintain integration-related requirements and technical documentation.
  • Support the change order process related to integrations.
  • Ensure business processes are maintained seamlessly through integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.

Data Integrity and Reporting:

  • Monitor data quality and integrity within the HRIS.
  • Develop and update documentation related to data processes.
  • Create and run reports to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to identify data and reporting requirements.

System Optimization and Upgrades:

  • Stay informed about Workday updates and enhancements.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Optimize HRIS processes and workflows.

Technical Support:

  • Provide functional and technical support to end-users.
  • Assist with application upgrades and provide training.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot system issues.

Education and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT or related field
  • 3+ years of technical support and utilization of Workday
  • Workday certification (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze data, implement changes and monitor effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of integration protocols and technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
  • Extensive reporting experience required
  • Ability to work with highly confidential topics
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity while balancing multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • Experience working with business process and/or process improvement activities

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
