JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for requirement"s analysis, test analysis, automated test procedure, test execution and maintenance of automation frameworks
* Responsible for verification strategy, infrastructure, planning and execution
* Will work with the Product Care (sustaining engineering) cross-functional teams and lead testers to verify and validate software and automation hardware based on system/component user requirements and functional specifications
* Develop and execute automated and manual tests, troubleshoot and debug issues, and create reports.
* Participate in reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents.
* Build and maintain test automation programs.
* Provides mentorship and guidance to engineers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s Degree in Computer Science, Software or Engineering
* 7+ years relevant experience in the design and development of manual and automated verification testing of software and hardware.
* Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
* Experience working with control software such as Aveva (Wonderware).
* Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communications skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with Siemens and PlantPAx software
* Experience at biotech/pharma commercial manufacturing (GMP) facility in automation role
* Experience working with automation hardware
* Experience in Agile development processes and methodologies.
* Experience with Azure DevOps
