We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and creative Sr. Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a Sr. Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive client and talent acquisition and retention. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management.

Required Skills

Essential Functions

  • Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content creation, publishing, community management and monitoring of social media channels.

  • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive, social media content strategies that support our overall marketing goals. Maintain a content calendar that plans and tracks strategic content on corporate channels.

  • Content Creation and Curation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media channels and other digital platforms, including website, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral. Curate and repurpose existing content to maximize its reach and impact.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze and report on content performance to measure effectiveness of digital campaigns. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and social media reach. Use insights gained to refine content strategies and improve future content effectiveness.

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Public Relations, Regional Marketing and Creative teams, to gather information and develop engaging content. Coordinate content creation and distribution timelines to ensure timely delivery.

  • Content Governance & Tracking: Advise departments, teams and employees on social media use and best practices. Leverage employees as brand ambassadors and provide resources, curate content for their use externally. Ensure content complies with legal and regulatory requirements and upholds the company's values and image.

  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, content marketing techniques, and industry best practices. Proactively recommend innovative content formats and strategies, and develop evergreen content, to improve audience engagement and achieve marketing objectives.


Required Experience

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Expertise in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and their respective best practices.

  • Highly proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.

  • Proficiency in email marketing and other digital marketing channels.

  • Ability to analyze and report data and utilize data-driven insights to inform content strategy.

  • Creative mindset and experience with graphic design tools (Canva).

  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape.
