Job Description

As a Senior Global Product Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing on our cloud strategy. You are constantly listening to the voice of the customer and conducting market research to identify the most pressing challenges and opportunities to improve and accelerate research. You then translate these insights into product requirements that guide our product owners and development teams. In addition, you serve as an evangelist for our cloud platform, promoting its benefits and capabilities to both internal stakeholders and external customers. You are also a visionary who can see the potential of software and informatics to transform the future of research. Your role is critical to furthering our mission of advancing science and saving lives, together.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Advance science and save lives, together by defining our strategy and bringing new products and workflows to provide a seamless and secure data management and analysis platform for customers.
  • Keep Bio-Rad on the cutting edge of connectivity, software, and analysis by conducting market research (voice of customer, competitive intelligence, and market trends), specifying product requirements, and partnering with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate how the portfolio of Bio-Rad instruments, connected to our cloud platform, can solve problems and accelerate research.

What You Bring:

  • Education: BS/BA in Life Sciences (including Bioinformatics), advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Work Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience in the Life Sciences industry or closely related field.
  • Experience in developing and executing on a strategy, with a focus on planning and conducting voice of the customer (VOC) and market research to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Have a visionary mindset, with the ability to see the potential of software and informatics to transform the future of research.
  • Experience in Life Science software product development, marketing and support strongly preferred (experience managing data analysis solutions and/or connected instrument software a plus).

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,200 to $179,100 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
