POSITION SUMMARY:

AtriCure is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join the digital marketing team. As the Paid Media Specialist at AtriCure, you will build the brand's digital brand presence through a wide variety of advertising channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and reporting on SEM and social media and programmatic advertising.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Optimize full-funnel paid media efforts with a focus on ROI-driven activities.
• Oversee AtriCure's social media advertising, including creative and performance.
• Set up social media ads through social ads managers, including but not limited to, Meta, X, and LinkedIn.
• Build and run programmatic campaigns through a third-party portal and perform regular optimizations.
• Routinely optimized AtriCure's SEM efforts develop new campaigns as needed.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover actionable customer insights and expand targeting capabilities.
• Assist in managing ongoing campaigns on physician-only platforms.
• Develop actionable diagnostics and focus on creating a prioritized list of tactical optimizations.
• Report on digital advertising efforts and provide recommendations based on outcomes.
• Run the creative ad process and work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper messaging and regular updates.
• Monitor monthly campaign budgets.
• Lead digital media invoices, creation of purchase orders, and monthly reconciliations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, identifying new opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3-5 years of digital advertising experience.
• Experience managing a brand's social media advertising.
• Proficiency in Google AdWords.
• Experience in running programmatic campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of popular digital advertising platforms and how they can be harnessed for a brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge on how to write for social media.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Google Ads Certifications.
• Experience working with Google products, including GA4 and GTM is preferred.
• Experience running programmatic campaigns through a DSP.

• Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
• Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
