Job Description
You will be responsible for determining and implementing changes to the existing Demand, Supply and Logistics processes needed to implement the new E2E Planning Process.

- 5+ years of experience in leading Demand, Supply, logistics, and S&OP functions, ideally within a global CPG company
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus
- Experience in managing others preferred, either as direct reports or as project lead.
- High caliber of professional interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- Experience in Planning/Logistics tools such as SAP APO / MRP and IBP is a plus.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skill (Vlookup, Index/Match, Pivot table, Conditional format, etc.).
- Proven conflict resolution and influence skills, with strong relationship-building skills
- Robust organizational skills, the ability to perform in a command-and-control role under pressure, and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
- Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multicultural business environment.
- Data gathering, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
- Travel 0-10%
