The salary range for this role, based in New York is $73,000.00 to $91,300.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The Analyst plays a critical role in our mission to enable the success of our complete portfolio across our entire consumer base and the implementation and execution of PRUSA's commercial strategy.

The Analyst helps translate PRUSA's vision around Executional Excellence into specific, measurable goals and supports the platforms and processes to track performance, providing a powerful feedback loop with the Plan, Sell, Execute, Measure sales model. He/She enables consistent, data-driven activation tracking and measurement across the PRUSA Commercial organization.

This position is remote and reports directly to the Director, National Performance.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

- Conduct analyses to direct commercial planning & performance management:

  • Perform analyses leveraging PRUSA platforms and algorithms to generate insights that support annual strategic planning and identify new areas of growth opportunity throughout the year
  • Become a subject matter expert on the local market landscape & nuances, corporate priorities, and brand & category strategy to help leadership prioritize resources and direct goals
  • Work with market leadership to develop materials clearly communicating the rationale of their strategy to the rest of the organization

- Own tool usage and adoption in market:

  • Support market teams' usage of digital tools to design, implement, and track programs, incentives, and KPIs
  • Host ad-hoc training for stakeholders as needed
  • Support use of analytics in program planning by using digital tools to set goals, allocate budgets, develop attack lists, and design optimal coverage strategies
  • Develop, manage and communicate performance tracking, including but not limited to target account lists, coverage allocation and other strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with our distributor partners to embed insights and recommendations into their systems

- Track performance of programs planned:

  • Create trackers, conduct analyses, and recommend course-correction strategies with sales teams
  • Spearhead retrospective performance analysis with the sales teams to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide thought leadership to standardize and improve program tracking process

- Communicate market analytical needs and tool improvements:

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from users
  • Proactively identify areas to improve usefulness or intuitiveness of the tools, UI, or use cases
  • Manage a closed-loop feedback process to manage data, identify bugs, and validate accuracy
  • Stay up to date on technological innovations, data analytics trends, and act as digital tools champion throughout organization
  • Communicate and train on new features and use cases as they are rolled out

Nature & Scope

Positionreports to the Director of National Performance and mustbe able to work cross-functionally asrole works withmultipleinternal and externalstakeholders.This person will be a key thought partner and voice of the market sales team to ensure they have the analytical capabilities they need to beat the market. This person must develop key relationships with our distributor partners and within Sales, Marketing, IT, and Transformationdivisions.

Requirements

- Education:

  • Requiresa minimum of aBachelor's Degree; MBA or other Advanced degree a plus

- Experience / Background:

  • 3+years of work experience,preferably with1-2 years of experience in sales, finance, business analysis
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial thinker
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention todetail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability in developing materials and effectively presentinginformation
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to build clear, easy-to-use templates / financial models
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with PowerBI
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving workenvironment
  • Exposure to the consumer goods and/or beverage industrypreferred
