Provide excellent customer service to all employees and visitors to the property. Proactively redirect non customers/non employees from parking on the Bank's premises in a courteous yet firm manner. Provide alternative parking options for customers and non customers as needed. Patrol assigned post on foot and report unusual activity to Banking Center Manager and Security

In this customer facing role, the Relationship Banker III will provide exceptional customer care to the Bank's customers assisting them with daily transactions, inquiries, problem resolution and banking transactions at full service Cape Cod 5 Retail Banking Center locations. The Relationship Banker III will also serve as a mentor to the staff in the RB I and II roles. ESS
