WHAT YOU'LL DO

In today's rapidly shifting environment, the success and sustainability of large-scale transformation is highly dependent on the ability of leadership to drive change and learn to work and lead in new ways. BCG's conviction is that even "the best athletes need trainers": we enable senior leaders and leadership teams in the context of transformational change.

BCG's integrated and programmatic approach ensures leaders are ready, willing and able to achieve their highest priority objectives, and to mobilize their teams and the broader organization to do the same. Working in lockstep with BCG case teams, we combine culture articulation, activation, leadership development, frontline leadership effectiveness and leadership coaching, in support of transformation cases and change efforts. To do so, we have an internal network of leadership and management experts, including lead facilitators and instructional designers, and a unique coaching cadre of 40+ executive coaches, comprised of former c-suite and other senior business leaders who have led their own organizations through transformational change.
